COVID-19 UPDATE

Please be extra patient as courier service will be limited at few hours per day for the next few weeks. With expected high volumes within our network, we anticipate that there may be some disruptions to our delivery service. Please be assured that we are doing our best to manage and minimise the impact this may have.

Every order placed containing chilled products, with delivery address outside Christchurch City area, will be dispatched the following Monday or Tuesday. This is because we are experiencing major disruptions with courier service and we cannot guarantee the estimated delivery time frame.

  • We take pride in the products we stock and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
  • We are unable to offer change of mind refunds or refunds/exchanges on undamaged products.
  • Once an order has been placed, you cannot cancel it.
  • For this reason, any exchanges will be at our discretion and at your own cost.
  • The returned, undamaged product must be in its original packaging and 100% intact before a credit note is issued. The item must be returned within 7 working days from delivery for a credit note to be issued – this policy is strictly enforced.
  • If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantee Act.
  • If you would like to return a faulty item, please email us on info@med-foods.co.nz  within 24 hours of receiving the item, including a photo if the fault is visible.
  • You will need to return the item to us for inspection (at your own cost) and we will organise a replacement (or credit) for you as per our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. You will need to provide proof of purchase.
  • If we are unable to supply your order after you have confirmed your purchase, we will refund you in full. Refunds will be issued by direct deposit to your credit card.
  • Please allow up to 10 days for the transaction to process. The card issuer controls the timing of returned funds. Please contact your card issuer for details.
  • Your use of this website, and any service provided through it, are subject to these Terms and all applicable New Zealand laws. By accessing and interacting with this website, you accept these Terms.
  • If you do not agree, you must refrain from accessing and browsing this website or using any of the services provided. We may amend these Terms at any time without notice to you, and it is your responsibility to monitor this website for changes.
  • Amendments will come into effect from the date they are published on this website. The updated version of these Terms will supersede all prior versions. You can view the most current version of these Terms at any time by visiting this page.

  • We guarantee a safe and secure shopping experienced online, secured by Stripe Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions.
  • Each term of these Terms is separately binding. If for any reason any term is not effective or binding all other terms remain effective and binding.
  • If we do not exercise or enforce any right available to us under these Terms or otherwise arising at law or in equity, this does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  • We will endeavor to ensure that information provided through this website is accurate and current. However we cannot, and do not, represent or warrant the accuracy, adequacy, completeness of information on this website or that it is up to date. For example:
  • Prices and colours of products may change, and all products are subject to availability;
  • Variations to products may occur from time to time for various reasons;
