Saturday 20th February Fresh Pasta making 5pm $49 per person
This is a hands-on interactive class with limited numbers where we will make Tagliatelle, Ravioli and Tortellini. Participants will need at least one pasta machine per three people. You will be in groups at each table to arrange the machine and Nik will demonstrate the dishes then come around and help as you make the shapes. All ingredients will be provided but please bring an apron. As each dish is finished we will cook them and serve each with paired wines. A great opportunity to get the hang of fresh pasta making and have a fun Saturday night in groups. First Course; Tortellini en Brodo with Villa Sandi Pinot Grigio. Second Course is Pea and Ricotta Ravioli with a Tuscan Rose and finally a Tagliatelle with Mushroom and Truffle Sauce with Chianti. |
