CANCELLATION / BACKORDERS / PREORDERS

You can cancel your order only if its within 1 hours on the same day, which means if you make an order after 1pm NZ time you are able to cancel no later than 2pm as its likely your order will have left our warehouse. No order can be cancelled after 2pm on any given day. If you fail to do this your credit card will be charged and the goods will be shipped to you.
If you need to cancel please email us ASAP on the contact form.

A product that you may wish to order may be temporarily out of stock (backorder) or may not yet have been received by us (preorder). You can still order these items and they will be shipped as soon as the product is delivered to mediterraneanfoods.co.nz . As with all purchases from Mediterraneanfoods.co.nz, your credit card is never charged until a product is shipped to you.

CREDIT CARDS

We accept MasterCard, Visa. No purchase is charged to your credit card until we ship your products. Like conventional retail establishments, we protect your credit card information (its fuly encrypted) and do not provide it to any other organizations. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

We're sorry, but we currently do not accept cheques or money orders.

We do not under any circumstances accept returns (unless faulty) on orders. By using this website you agree to our Conditions of Use and our Shipping and Returns.
All items for South Island, NZ are delivered by Fastway courier, Items carry a charge of $8.00 on the 1st 15KG and $3.50 per KG there after unless its a rural delivery in which case we will charge you a minimum $3.40 increase in shipping fee. All North Island deliveries are based on $16.5 for the first 15KG and $5 there after per kilo.
North Island orders will be adjusted manually
Extra shipping charges apply to all rural orders within New Zealand.
The amount shown in your shopping cart is an estimate only, extra rural charges occur on a per order basis depending on location and items ordered will be added to the total. You will be contacted and informed of the extra amount by email.

PRICE CHANGES

Our product prices are always subject to change without notice. The price for the product you wish to order is set at the time of your order; however, we do not charge your credit card until the product is shipped to you. We always verify prices as part of our shipping process. If a product or service has been listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order for that product or service even if your order has been confirmed, or we may contact you with the option of paying the correct amount.
