A simple, tasty onion and basil sauce made to a recipe by Heinz Beck, world famous chef. Made with Puglian tomato pulp, free from artificial flavours and preservatives, and combined with olive oil lightly fried at length at a moderate temperature. Thus the onion naturally balances the acidity of the tomato and enhances the taste of basil.
