COOKING AND WINE TASTING CLASSES

Mediterranean Foods famous cooking classes.  For chef and manager Nik Mavromatis the classes are an opportunity to share his passion for the total meal experience - how to enhance the food by pairing with the right wine, and how to complement each course with the one before.  And for those moments when you find that special bottle of wine, what food to match it with so that you can fully appreciate all that the wine has to offer.  Those of us who have been fortunate to dine with Nik will realise what a difference he can make to a meal through his choices of food and wines.
