Very aromatic, exotic, distinctive spiced aroma with predominant clove/cinnamon, spiced green tea flavour. Use in: Hot, Iced and Frozen Chai, Lemonades, Steamers, Cocktails, Sodas.
Suggestions:
Chai Latte: Add 30ml Chai Syrup to standard glass, or 40ml Monin Chai Syrup to large glass, top with hot steamed milk.
Chai Rice Pudding: 1 cup short grain rice (Arborio), 3 cups milk, 1/4 cup of Monin Chai Syrup. Method: Place all ingredients in ovenproof dish & cover. Bake at 160C for 1 hour. Serves 4. Recipe may be doubled.
Chai Banana Smoothie: Blend together 1 ripe banana, 30ml Chai Tea Syrup, 200ml milk, 100ml natural yoghurt.
